Freelance Work
My writing has appeared in Smithsonian Magazine, The Counter, Washington City Paper, Curbed, Thrillist, and more. Though I began freelancing in 2008, most of my time between 2013 and 2019 was focused on my work at the Austin Chronicle. I continue to freelance for the News and Screens section of the alt-weekly.
